The Hawk rotating high pressure hose boom swivels through 360° if mounted under the roof, or 180° if mounted to a vertical wall. Made entirely from stainless steel and capable of handling very high pressures makes it useful for applications where a hose must be kept off the floor. The single boom is available in 2 sizes: 1,7m or 2,2m and includes 5m additional hose which may be needed depending on requirements.

The double boom is manufactured in corrosion resistant stainless steel. It is designed for overhead mounting, giving 360° of motion while the operator is working. This makes vehicle cleaning quicker and easier and reduces wear on hoses by keeping them off the floor. A 180° wall mounting bracket is also available for installations that can’t facilitate overhead mounting. The upper boom can handle 200 bar whilst the lower one is low-pressure rated for foaming or brush/chemical use. Included is 2 additional 5m lengths of hose which may be needed depending on requirements.

The Hawk stainless steel live hose reel is designed for wall, floor, or machine mounting. It is ideal for fixed installations such as wash bays and static cleaning systems.

The innovative design features a multi positional guide. The frame is constructed from polished 304 stainless steel to be extremely robust and corrosion resistant. It includes a swivel but excludes high pressure hose. The inlet can be positioned at either end. The hose guide can be positioned upright (for when the reel is suspended from an overhead beam), and 4 positions either side, giving a total of 9 positions

The standard size is designed to hold 10-30m of high pressure hose and can handle over 200 bar, while the large size is designed to hold up to 50m of high pressure hose. Being a live hose reel, the hose can be retracted while the system is in operation.

Hydraulic hose reels are usually fitted to trailers, skids and trucks. The reels have a forward and rewind control.

Hawk’s range of retractable hose reels includes 2 models. The first model holds up to 20m of 3/8″ or ½” high pressure hose and is rated for 200bar, the second model holds up to 30m.

Retractable hose reels are a convenient way to store hose and protect it from damage, ensuring your high pressure hose lasts longer. They are suited for fixed installation such as car washes, truck washes, wash bays and static cleaning systems.

Made from high grade stainless steel, the hose tidy mounts on the wall to conveniently store hose out of harms way.

The hose tidy can be used singly or in pairs.

The Hawk high pressure hose is a rubber hose which is wire-reinforced. It comes in lengths from 10meters to 120 meters in single and two wire, and includes all fittings.
