Hot Water High Pressure Washers

The Hawk E-Hot Electric hot water pressure washer makes use of an electric element to heat the water up to 65°C which then passes through the pump.

The hot water pressure washer is ideal for applications where hot water is required, but traditional diesel-fired burners are not possible. E.g. the food processing industry.

Hawk’s D-Hot Hot Water Pressure Washer is ideal for cleaning jobs where there is a considerable amount of oil, grease or heat reactive substance that needs to be cleaned.

The water is heated after the pump by a diesel-fired burner enabling the high pressure cleaners to reach a higher temperature of up to 90°C.

This hot water pressure washer is a unique innovation from Hawk. It provides hot water at outputs of 15 L/min at 200bar up to 90°C. They use 230V from a diesel generator to power the burner. Conveniently, the single-phase alternator also provides 2 x 220V outlet plugs. These can be used to power other electrically operated equipment like food lights for night work and small electric tools.

The steel roll bar chassis of this hot water pressure washer has two standard wheels and two caster wheels for manoeuvrability. The caster wheels have easy-to-lock foot brakes to demobilize the unit while it’s in use, improving safety. The ‘open design’ of the chassis ensures the unit does not overheat, and accessibility enables easy maintenance of the machine.
